SERVICES · US operations

Media and connectivity services, delivered in the United States.

The service lines Nexim Global LLC runs on the ground for broadcasters, rights holders, production companies and enterprises — from the master control room to the field. Each one is delivered US-side and engineered to the standards used across the Nexim Global group.

S-01 · MCR & broadcast operations

Master control operations for linear and live channels.

Supervision of channels while they are on air — ingest, playout, signal integrity and quality control, with a documented escalation path for the moment something moves out of tolerance.

INCLUDES

What it covers

Ingest and playout supervision, master control switching, channel branding and schedule adherence, signal and loudness monitoring, quality control, fault isolation and as-run logging.

DELIVERY

How it is delivered

Operated from equipped master control facilities with monitored signal paths, documented runbooks and a defined escalation matrix, aligned to the group's ISO/IEC 20000-1 certified service management system.

FOR

Who it is for

Broadcasters, channel operators, streaming platforms and rights holders running linear or live channels for US audiences.

S-02 · Connectivity & contribution

Getting the feed from the venue to the network.

Contribution and distribution links engineered for live production, where a dropped frame is not something you recover later.

INCLUDES

What it covers

Contribution links from venue to network, distribution to endpoints, encoding and decoding, path diversity and redundancy, and transport over SMPTE ST 2110, JPEG XS, SRT and RIST.

DELIVERY

How it is delivered

Engineered circuits with managed encoders and decoders, monitored transport and geographically redundant paths — commissioned and tested before you go on air, not on the day.

FOR

Who it is for

Production companies, broadcasters, and sports and venue operations moving live feeds into and out of the US.

S-03 · Video transport

Managed transport for live and file-based media.

Point-to-point and point-to-multipoint delivery across IP and satellite, between US sites and international endpoints.

INCLUDES

What it covers

Managed IP and satellite transport, point-to-point and point-to-multipoint distribution, occasional-use and permanent circuits, and delivery of both live feeds and file-based media.

DELIVERY

How it is delivered

Carried across the group's backbone and international endpoints — booked as scheduled occasional-use capacity or provisioned as a permanent path, and monitored for the duration of the service.

FOR

Who it is for

Broadcasters, distributors and rights holders exchanging media between US operations and counterparties abroad.

S-04 · Mobile & bonded connectivity

Connectivity where there is no infrastructure.

Bonded cellular and mobile uplink for field production — a resilient link aggregated across multiple networks instead of one that depends on a single carrier.

INCLUDES

What it covers

Bonded cellular uplink, aggregation across multiple mobile networks, transmission units for field use, and backup paths for locations with no fixed connectivity.

DELIVERY

How it is delivered

Units configured and tested against your workflow before they reach the location, with the link monitored remotely and engineering support available while you are on air.

FOR

Who it is for

News gathering teams, remote venues, and productions working at locations without fixed infrastructure.

S-05 · Network services

The network underneath the media.

Private connectivity, internet access, colocation and DDoS-protected transport — engineered for production traffic rather than generic office access.

INCLUDES

What it covers

Private connectivity between sites, dedicated internet access, colocation, and DDoS-protected transport, with design and capacity planning against your traffic.

DELIVERY

How it is delivered

Engineered to your topology, provisioned on the group's network and monitored end to end, under the group's ISO/IEC 27001 certified information security management system.

FOR

Who it is for

Media organizations and enterprises whose connectivity carries traffic that cannot quietly degrade.

S-06 · Live event support

On the ground, for the duration of the event.

Temporary connectivity and on-site engineering for productions that exist for days rather than years — and have to work the first time.

INCLUDES

What it covers

Site survey and design, temporary connectivity and uplink, high-density access for crews and press, on-site engineering during the event, and derig afterwards.

DELIVERY

How it is delivered

A survey ahead of the event, a designed and tested deployment rather than an improvised one, engineers on site while it runs, and a clean derig when it ends.

FOR

Who it is for

Sport, concerts, conferences and productions that need working infrastructure at a venue for a fixed window.

DELIVERY · How we engage

How an engagement runs.

The same path whether it is a single feed or a season of live production.

  1. STEP 01

    Scope & survey

We start from what has to work, where, and when. Where the site determines the answer, we survey it rather than assume it.

  2. STEP 02

    Design & engineering

The group's engineering team designs the signal and network path, including how it fails over, and documents it before anything is ordered.

  3. STEP 03

    Deployment & commissioning

Circuits, equipment and on-site work are deployed, commissioned and tested against the design, so the first live use is not the first test.

  4. STEP 04

    Operations & support

The service is monitored and supported while it runs, with a documented escalation path and one point of contact who owns the outcome.
